Regular Deep-Cleanings
When leasing a property to a traditional tenant, the property owner has little to no control over how often or how well their property is cleaned. However, working with our company will guarantee that the space is kept in sparkling condition.
Between each client occupant, our professional cleaning staff deep cleans and sanitizes the entire unit. For longer occupants, we offer housekeeping on a weekly or biweekly basis to ensure the upkeep of the space.

Hands-off Maintenance for Landlords
It is no surprise that that many tenant-landlord relationships may end with a few surprises. Oftentimes landlords will return to their property to find broken amenities or damages that require immediate renovation before rushing to find a replacement tenant.
Savvy landlords choose to partner with us because they know we share a common interest: A high-quality property. Because we must prioritize our client’s experience with us, we contract a network of handymen, landscapers, and vendors to handle the finer details and swiftly take care of any minor to moderate repairs.
Given the nature of our business, we cannot afford to let any maintenance go undone, which is why we assure that if you are working with us, your property will always be returned in the same or better condition than when you handed us the keys.

Insured up to $1 Million
Though renting is often associated with a level of risk, that risk is actively managed and reduced when working with our company. As previously shared, it is within our best interest to maintain a top-quality property to accommodate our clients. As a result we have a number of protocols and processes for vetting high-quality occupants and monitoring their active compliance with our house rules.
In order to make sure we are able to fulfill all our bookings and ensure that our landlords are assuming less risk by working with us, we participate in an insurance policy that covers our business for up to $1 million for any damages incurred by our clients.

Client-Screening Process
We pre-screen each client before accepting their occupancy request. This includes an agreement to comply with house rules.

Keyless Entry Codes
Each guest receives their own unique passcode to enter the property. Codes expire the day that the reservation ends.

Security Cameras & Noise Detectors
We install security cameras across outdoor areas and noise detectors in the interior for remote monitoring.

On-Site Manager
A property manager that lives within a 20 minutes of the property is on-call 24/7 to assist with guest needs and enforce house rules.
From Prospect to Partnership
How our process works…
We rent properties on a one year lease and pay monthly rent at the fair market price.
Before signing the lease, we ask that two additional clauses are added to the contract (1) Granting our company permission to lease the space to our clients and (2) Granting our company permission to install a keyless entry lock and change the passcodes
That is it! Once the lease is signed, landlords can sit back and relax while we take professional care of the property. Most importantly, we are always a phone call away if any questions arise.
